People reports that Casey Affleck, 40, and Summer Phoenix, 37, are officially divorced after nearly 10 years of marriage. Affleck will pay Phoenix both spousal and child support, but the settlement is confidential. The couple has two sons, Indiana, 13, and Atticus, 9.
