Celebrity Real Estate - Richie Madden Edition
This doesn't bode well for those divorce rumours! Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have listed their Bel Air home for sale for $3.5 million. The 6,300 square foot home features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a skydome. See pictures of the property at Page Six.
