Celebrity Real Estate - Neverland Ranch Edition

It's the real estate listing we've all been waiting for. Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has hit the market for a cool $100 million. Okay, so they renamed it the "Sycamore Valley Ranch," and took away the amusement park rides and exotic animals, but the floral Neverland clock is still there! The property is 40 miles outside of Santa Barbara, sits on 2,700 acres, and has 22 structures. There are no interior pictures of the property as of yet, and the seller isn't encouraging showings so there may not be any that turn up, but the Wall Street Journal has some exterior shots. So who's going to volunteer to turn Neverland into the Michael Jackson equivalent of Graceland?
