Us Weekly reports that Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff have called it quits, two months after the Bachelor finale aired where Chris proposed in his hometown of Arlington, Iowa. The writing has been on the wall for a while; Whitney stopped bothering to show up at Chris' Dancing With the Stars tapings weeks ago.
