Us Weekly reports that two year after announcing their split, Jennifer Garner is finally ready to start divorce proceedings against Ben Affleck. The couple has been married since 2005, and are parents to daughters Violet, 11, and Seraphina, 8, and son Samuel, 4. A source says of the split, "No matter what happens, Ben and Jen are committed to raising their family as one unit and will continue to do so as it has worked for them. They are both committed to their family."
