TMZ reports that Halle Berry has finalized her divorce from husband number 3 Olivier Martinez. Martinez let Berry be the petitioner for the divorce, so that she can say that she left him. The couple will share joint physical and legal custody of son Maceo, 3. No word on who gets custody of the anger issues. Despite the divorce being finalized, the couple have not yet decided on how to divvy up their property, so that should be a fun fight.
