Shannen Doherty, who is currently battling breast cancer, just scored a major legal victory against her former business management firm, Tanner Mainstain. She sued them for $15 million for neglecting to pay her SAG health insurance premium, which resulted in her coverage being dropped, and delaying the diagnosis of her breast cancer. TMZ reports that the two sides have settled, and that the amount Shannen receives from Tanner Mainstain will remain confidential. We all know that Shannen Doherty does not fuck around, so we can safely assume that the settlement is a generous one.
