Anna Chlumsky Is a Mom Again

Veep star Anna Chlumsky, 35, has welcomed her second child with husband Shaun So. Page Six reports that their daughter Clara Elizabeth So was born on July 28th. Clara joins older sister Penelope Joan, 3. The couple have been married since 2008.
