Page Six reports that hotel heiress Nicky Hilton is moving forward with her plans to marry British banking heir James Rothschild. The two have selected a location for their July 10th nuptials - London's Kensington Palace, which is home to Prince William and Catherine. Hundreds of guests will witness the ceremony at the palace's Orangery, which is next door to the palace home.
