Ending the national & public health emergencies isn't a science debate on whether we'll see 2020 type surges again. It's about policy. Ending them will leave the people most vulnerable with far fewer resources to protect themselves, as COVID remains a threat. That's unacceptable.

H5N1 appears to be jumping to multiple mammalian species, seals, cats, foxes, mink & otters now.
