Remember when Jay Mohr filed for divorce from Nikki Cox last year claiming that her drug use was endangering their son, then took it back a few days later? Jay refiled for divorce again in December, and now TMZ reports that he has added the addendum about Nikki's drug use to the divorce filing. Just like last time, Jay alleges that Nikki's drug problem makes her an unfit parent, and he has filed for sole physical custody of their son.
