E! News reports that Chris Robinson, ex-husband of Kate Hudson, has filed court documents to re-open the custody agreement of their son Ryder, 12. The two currently have joint custody; this motion assigns an evaluator to the case who will "make recommendations for developing a parenting plan that addresses the legal custody and physical custody, including where Ryder shall reside and visitation orders based on interest" of the child The evaluator gets access to health, mental health, and education records for Ryder, Chris, and Kate. All parties are also subject to psychological testing if deemed necessary by the evaluator, as well as drug and alcohol testing for Kate and Chris. If this sounds hostile, it appears to be amicable, with Kate footing the $7,500 fee for the evaluation.
