Actor Ron Glass Has Died

2016 continues to take. Actor Ronald Glass, famous for his role on Detective Ron Harris on the show Barney Miller, has passed away at the age of 71. His role on Barney Miller garnered him an Emmy nomination in 1982 for Best Supporting Actor. Glass continued to work until recently; he also appeared on the cult series Firefly and its follow-up movie Serenity. Glass was a Buddhist, and never married. Read his full obituary at Variety.

Actress Alison Pill is a Mom

E! News reports that Newsroom actress Alison Pill, 30, and husband Joshua Leonard, 41, have welcomed their first child together. Their daughter Wilder Grace Leonard was born on November 19th. The couple have been married since May 2015.

Mark Ballas Is Married

People reports that Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas, 30, wed singer BCJean (née Brittney Jean Carlson), 29, on Friday afternoon in Malibu. The ceremony was attended by 160 guests; Mark's best man was Dancing With the Stars pro and longtime friend Derek Hough.
