Teresa Giudice Suing Lawyer
Real Housewife of New Jersey Teresa Giudice is currently serving a 15 month sentence behind bars for bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes. Because Teresa can never take accountability for anything she does wrong, she is now officially suing the lawyer who represented her in the bankruptcy case. Page Six quotes her new lawyer, Carlos Cuevas, as follows:
"The very lawyer retained to prepare accurate bankruptcy documents literally led his client into the cross-hairs of federal prosecutors, and a prison cell. This is a consequence of defendant Kridel’s several material errors and the concealment of his malpractice.”
Her old lawyer, James Kridel, had this to say of the case:
"She went to jail because she committed crimes, which were not participated in by me. She had about 2.5 hours of testimony before she went to jail where she took full responsibility for the crimes. She was chastised by the judge well after I represented her. There were failures to file income taxes (10 years worth), which occurred many years before we knew her. Her falsifying W2’s for mortgages — that has nothing to do with her bankruptcy.”
Timothy V. Murphy Is A Dad
Sons of Anarchy actor Timothy V Murphy, 55, has welcomed his first child with wife Caitlin Manley, reports People. Sean Fionn Murphy was born on July 22nd. Murphy said of his son, "As Helen Rowalnd once said, 'A man's desire for a son is usually nothin but the wish to duplicate himself in order that such a remarkable pattern may not be lost to the world.'"

Drea De Matteo Engaged to Whitesnake's Michael Devin
Us Weekly reports that actress Drea De Matteo is engaged to Whitesnake bassist Michael Devin (he joined the band in 2010). Devin popped the question while on stage at a Whitesnake concert; watch the NSFW proposal below. De Matteos children with ex-fiance Shooter Jennings Alabama, 7, and Waylon, 4, were on hand for the proposal. Jennings also proposed on stage to De Matteo back in 2009.
