Emile Hirsch Charged With Assault

Almost three weeks after the incident transpired, Page Six reports that Emile Hirsch, 29, has been charged with assaulting a Paramount Pictures executive in a nightclub altercation in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival. The official charge is aggravated assault, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Hirsch has also been charged with intoxication.

  2. Good. A Chokehold is ridiculous and not sure as to why he wasn't arrested at the time. How convenient to NOW go to rehab. Why didn't you do that in that last three weeks buddy?
