Celebrity Real Estate - Vince Vaughn Chicago Edition
Vince Vaughn has put his Chicago bachelor pad on the market for $13.9 million. The huge penthouse is a 12,000 square foot triplex, that contains 5 bedrooms, and monthly HOA fees totalling $12,155. That's $145,860 annually in HOA fees. The triplex is located in the Palmolive Building, which was home to Playboy Enterprises from the mid 1960's to the late 1980's. See pictures of the property at Curbed.
Where are the personal touches? Looks unlived in
ReplyDeleteAll the furniture has been rendered into the photos, that is why it looks so sterile.
DeleteSorry if this is a double post.
Whoa, that's a pretty hefty price tag.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's beautiful. When I win the Powerball tonight, I'm buying it. Chicago is my favorite city in the US.
ReplyDeleteI used to live right around the corner from that building. My hardware store was in the first floor.
ReplyDeleteStill looks like an office to me.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty cool Cathy!
Sorry Pink, we've got the winning powerball ticket. Better luck next time.
Wow!! All that money and you get to deal with the lovely Chicago winter's to boot!!!
ReplyDeleteYikes, it's awfully cold and boardroom-ish.
ReplyDeleteI would have thought he'd have more of a party pad.
I don't like the all wood theme in some rooms, not my style.
ReplyDeleteThe paneled den and bar? Particularly ugly The fireplace- the same. I doubt he did more than spend occaisional week there, if that.
ReplyDelete@auntliddy, He lived there, but moved to North Shore suburb after his second child was born.
DeleteGee I didn't know Vince got paid that well, after you deduct the managers and the agents and the IRS cut.
ReplyDeleteMan that place looks like it could have been a small gentlemans club. It doesn't look like a home at all. Way too much wood for my tastes (the wood is beautiful though). I just have to think for that crazy amount of $$$ you could find something way better. That HOA fee is fucking NUTS!!!
