Celebrity Real Estate - Robert De Niro's Upper West Side Apartment
As mentioned earlier, Robert De Niro is currently renting on the Upper West Side for $125,000/month in the city's most expensive building. The previous tenant was Alex Rodriguez. The huge apartment is a combination of two units, and was previously listed for sale at $70 million. The apartment contains 4 bedrooms, and views of Central Park. See pics of the pricey pad at Curbed.
Sounds fancy. He'll probably have to make some more crappy movies to pay for it.
ReplyDeleteIf he was forced to move out of his apartment because of a fire in the building I wonder if his insurance covers his rent until he can move back? I would hate to pay the premiums on that kind of policy.
ReplyDeleteActually, it is stupid rent. Yield is pretty poor!
ReplyDeleteYes, he's renting because its temporary until the work on his owned unit is complete. I'm sure it looks better with furniture. No terrace though.
ReplyDeleteLove it except no terrace. I'd have to have a terrace, even in a walk up. Lol
ReplyDeleteOmg I'm dying this is my new favorite!!! Plus it's been touched by God!
ReplyDeleteLovely view! Wow.
