The art of letting go and being present. Shaking off work, stress, and expectation. This pose speaks to me on such a deep level. Nothing makes me feel more present than this. It’s impossible to think about anything except where you are in this exact moment. Here we are, a beautiful morning in the park, and I get to play with two of my favorite people @acrobuddhas . Ps maybe that’s why kids are always so happy...they’re present :)
