E! News reports that the Louisiana judge in the Nick Loeb/Sofia Vergara frozen embryo suit has granted Vergara's motion to dismiss the case due to lack of personal jurisdiction. The case was already being heard in California, where Loeb was losing, so he tried it again in Louisiana with some crazy "right to life" lawsuit. But don't think this is over - Vergara's request for a permanent injunction and declaratory relief from the Onion King that was filed in February has yet to be resolved.
