The Daily Mail reports that former Melrose Place star Josie Bissett, 46, recently tied the knot for a second time to Thomas Doig, who works for a construction company in Seattle. Bissett was previously married to her Melrose Place co-star Rob Estes for 13 years; the pair divorced in 2006. The former couple share two children together, Mason, 17 and Maya, 15.
