Here's a feel-good story we can all get behind. Greg MacLennan, film programmer for Austin, Texas's Alamo Drafthouse has been hosting an annual movie marathon tribute to Nicolas Cage, called CAGED. People reports that at this year's fourth annual CAGED, who showed up? Nicolas Cage! Cage had this to say: “I’m thrilled to say I made it to CAGED. I’ve been trying to get here before, never happened, but I was always very touched that this was occurring here in Austin.” Cage even stuck around to recite Edgar Allen Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart."
Organizer Greg MacLennan said, "This is and will always be the greatest day of my life. I apologize to my unborn future child.”
