People reports that Megan Fox, 30, has welcomed her third child with estranged husband Brian Austin Green, 43. Their son Journey River Green was born on Thursday. The couple's other children are sons Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 2. Green has son Kassius, 14, with ex Vanessa Marcil.
