Alan Young, Wilbur on Mr. Ed, Has Died

Alan Young, who starred as Wilbur in the 1960s sitcom Mr. Ed, has passed away at the age of 96. He had been living at the Motion Picture & Television Home in the Los Angeles Area, a retirement home for veterans of film, TV, radio, and stage. Young's second wife Virginia McCurdy passed away in 2011; he had two children with Virginia and two with his first wife Mary Ann Grimes. Read his full obituary at the New York Times.
