Kelly Clarkson Speaks Out Against Dr. Luke

After Kesha's court loss to Sony and Dr. Luke, many artists spoke out in support of Kesha (with Taylor Swift even donating money to her), but so far no one had spoken out either for or against Dr. Luke. That has all changed with Kelly Clarkson, who recently had this to say in an Australian radio interview, as reprinted by E! News:

"The last time I worked with him I got blackmailed by my label. They were like, 'We will not put your album out if you don't do this.' It was really hard for me. I try to make the best of the situation. He's not a good person, to me. We've clashed before. He's difficult to work with, he's kind of demeaning...We have a whole crew to support and you know we have our whole touring crew, people that depend on us for their livelihood. Sometimes you have to make decisions that you just have to swallow that pill."

On why she didn't step forward sooner:
"I'll be really honest about that guy but I don't know that situation. If it is true I can't imagine working with someone that had done something like that."
