TMZ reports that Katharine McPhee, 31, has finalized her divorce from Nicholas Cokas, 50. McPhee has to shell out spousal support to Cokas, and they are doing a 50/50 split on the money McPhee made while they were married - including some songs that have yet-to-be released, but were recorded during their marriage. She gets to keep almost all of her Scorpion money; she only had to split her pay from the pilot episode. As for cars, she gets to keep her Mercedes, and he gets to keep his Jeep.
