People reports that One Direction's Liam Payne, 22, is dating X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, 32. The couple have been together since 2015. Cheryl is still married; she's in the midst of divorcing husband of 19 months Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. That was Cheryl's second marriage. Well, at least Payne will be easier to spell.
