El Chapo was recently captured after months on the run, and TMZ reports that Sean Penn interviewed the drug lord for Rolling Stone back in October. Penn was surrounded by 100 cartel troops for the interview, where El Chapo bragged that he "supplies more heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana than anyone in the world." Chapo also referred to Donald Trump as "Mi amigo." What did Penn think of El Chapo? "He has an indisputable charisma." Yep, sounds about right for a Penn assessment. El Chapo started contacting producers and actors in hopes of doing a biopic, which ultimately led authorities to his location.
