Us Weekly reports that Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas, 29, is engaged to girlfriend of three years BC Jean, 28. The couple have a band together, Alexander Jean. BC Jean is a songwriter, who wrote If I Were A Boy, which was released by Beyoncé.
