Insanely popular Broadway musical Hamilton is headed to Chicago. The Hollywood Reporter announces that Hamilton will begin performances at Chicago's PrivateBank Theatre (which you probably know as the Shubert Theatre) on September 27th for an open-ended run. Hamilton is inspired by biographer Ron Chernow's book Alexander Hamilton, and features a book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Miranda also stars in the show on Broadway.
