A Los Angeles judge overturned the divorce settlement between actor Terrence Howard and ex-wife Michelle Ghent. TMZ reports that he had been paying her $5,800/mo and was asking for more money; he countered that the agreement was signed under threat of releasing naked photos and videos. Jude Thomas Trent Lewis found that "The evidence of extortion or duress was unrebutted." This kicks the case back to family law court, where a new divorce agreement will be drawn up. When all is said and done, Ghent may end up having to pay back some of the money that Howard has paid her. As for the domestic violence that Ghent suffered at the hands of Howard, the judge had these wise words to say: "Terrence is a bully, but that doesn't mean he can't be bullied."
