Ashlee Simpson, 30, has welcomed her first child with husband Evan Ross, 26, reports People. Simpson gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday. The couple is withholding the baby's name for now; Ross has stated that the name will be both unique and meaningful. This is the second child for Simpson, she shares son Bronx Mowgli with ex-husband Pete Wentz.
