Courts to Kelly Rutherford: Not So Fast!

Bad news for Kelly Rutherford's custody bid. Recently, courts awarded her sole custody of her two children who are currently living in Monaco with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch. He was to have brought the children back to the US by June 11th. Now, Page Six reports that the custody order has been halted. Giersch's attorney filed documents that demonstrate that the Monaco courts hold jurisdiction over the case, so things are now on hold pending a conference between the Los Angeles judge and a Monaco judge to take place on June 11th.
