Just got a fun call my credit card was declined. Good times. And it interrupted my viewing of some hot love scenes from A Passionate Woman. Theo James was the lover. Nuff said, lol
Hopefully finishing Californication and then starting the wire.. oh lady h found the shield on that watch tv series website you recommend. That site is my jam hunnybunny.. have recommended it to my cousin who doesn't get those cable channels either. . My new fave site.. can lay in bed with the dogs and catch up on shows I never watched before. .
is the sheild only one season ? thats all i found and cnn says they are looking into the patriots cheating yesterday wouldn't be the first time they did or got caught
@sugartits: There are 7 seasons and 88 episodes. As you've seen, there is a huge crossover between SOA and the Shield, which was inspired by the law enforcement corruption in the Rampart district of LA back in the day. You will now get a lot of the connections and inside jokes on SOA, including the origins of Venus van Dam (derived from Shane/Goggins' alias Cleetus van Dam on the Shield). Enjoy!!!
Went on a lunch date yesterday....hubba hubba....rawwrrRr....we hadn't seen each other in several years and bumped into eachother Saturday night while I was setting up my cake at a wedding reception. Hello Sparks!!! He's a police officer, so he works odd shifts, but we had a early morning coffee date this morning also and I've been in la-la-land since; unable to really be productive at work lol GOD! I hate being such a girl! :p
Ughhhh one of my committee members told me last week that I should consider redoing some statistical models to include multiple imputations for some missing data. This would require a shit ton of extra work, and having to beg someone I don't really get along with to help me. But my adviser just told me to forget about it, submit as is, and let the readers request the imputations in the R&R if they want. Yes!!!
I am going to extrapolate further and assume he also means that I can absolutely bust out the mimosas and watch the new Girls episode again...
I actually took today off because on these piddly holidays that public schools are closed virtually EVERY one of my mommas forgets to come to piano lessons. So the past few years I have totally taken on the "screw this" mantra and am spending the day with my son. Today, we have made a mess of my kitchen. Our Valentine's Day cookie making extravaganza is a wrap. My kitchen is covered in flour, sparkles, hearts, frosting and gel. I am a scrubbing/vacuuming fool right now. And I must drink wine immediately. Cooking up some short rib tacos, too. So stoked!
I'm sitting here bursting at the seams.. Middle cherub just sauntered in and said "Oh yeah Mom, I forgot to tell you, i'm on the waiting list for Cornell".. WHAAAAAAAT?!?!?! I asked how long Cherub boy knew, he said a few weeks.. ::facepalm::
Long time lurker, first time poster. Anybody else know about this site called Foxella? http://www.foxella.com/ They publish CDAN blind items there but there's no commentary. They publish answers or what is maybe the blog writer's guess. Outtie can you post their blinds here? This way you're not in violation of whatever CDAN was saying to you.
d52....I think Enty gave Outtie such a hard time about both the CDaN Companion and reposting things here, I wouldn't imagine he/she wants that headache ever again!! Plus, Outtie is doing a great job without Enty!!!! Just my 2 cents!
and the blinds are such BS these days anyways --I am not gonna lie I check the site occasionally (Sorry Lady H my luv I acknowledge the hypocrisy--and I still get trolled there when I post 2 times a month) its just the same ol same old---Kiki is about to work the street corner any day now, "Enty" use to know people (you just have to read a short novel to get through it) I obvs miss a good blind as much a the next person---but turn out my fav thing about that site was conversing with other posters and I think Outtie is doing a GREAT job and obvs actually listens to and reads the posters interests. oh and Hello @d52ae7ba-a022-11e4-bf50-2fd417b6c5fd Now that is a catchy name : )
I check it out for the blinds and blind reveals, too. But the whole thing just pisses me off so then I avoid it for a few days because it just brings me negative vibes. I am digging this site, too. I could go for some blinds each day, Outtie. I love a good puzzle with intrigue and speculation.
Aweosme! I need to read/watch more Vice that is for sure. I am watching Palo Alto ----a really good film--a definite recommendation. Would love to hear others take on it---The lead actor is Val Kilmers son and he looks like an angel sent from heaven--a cross between Beck and a young River Phoenix---so this dirty ol man better get goin now...lol
I am nursing a hangover from the seahawks game yesterday and kiddo is not in school and has friends over playing annoying loud computer and video games. I want to nap and watch my Sun tv shows but no.........
Lol @ Opie - I too am nursing a football hangover. I had to bust out the "Emergency Vicodin" I had hidden away in the linen closet and am washing it down with a mimosa. And we're watching the Indiana Jones movies on BluRay.
Recovering from my weekend in Colorado. I need a vacay to recover from my vacay. Did an older baby session today and they are always rough. Still got my shots but he made me work very hard and my poor still hungover from Saturday body can't handle it. Not sure how I feel about moving to Colorado after being there for the weekend again. It would be kind of sad to be all alone and away from my friends and family. Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!
I've been reorganizing my room, dusting my collection, fixing some loose parts on them (If any of you have kids that collect action figures or you yourself do and find that the legs or arms get floppy around the joints, remove the screw near it to take it apart and add a coat or three of clear nail polish. Tightens them up and you never notice the fix).
Basically doing a big bunch of nothing. Tomorrow I need to go through my thousands of books (literally thousands) and start purging them but I hate getting rid of a book, what if I want to read the novelization of "Friday the 13th Part 5" again one day? lol
Doing some photo research. Looking at lots and lots and lots of photos. It's hard! I guess I'm more of a text person. I find this exhausting.
