Celebrity Real Estate - Lady Gaga Edition
Lady Gaga recently picked up a mansion in Malibu for $23 million. The 10,270 square foot home features ocean views, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a bowling alley. The property has a pool, stables for eight horses, a dressage ring, and a bocce ball court, and room for much more on the six acre property. See pictures of the property at Curbed.
A bowling alley? How very Spelling Manor!
ReplyDeleteI thought she was broke
ReplyDeleteSnooks- thats what i thought!! These houses, while large and on beautiful pieces of land, are as cold and as unwelcoming as can be. No appeal.
ReplyDeleteAnd Sreven Spelling was agoraphobic, which is why he had everything at home- bowling, swimming, tennis ,movie theatre ,beauty salon etc.
It's nice enough. Love the dark hardwood floors. But do people really love bowling that much, that they need a bowling alley in their house?
ReplyDeleteI think the rumors of Gaga's destitution is largely exaggerated. From what I've read, even thought he album wasn't a huge hit the tour did well and touring is where performers make money.
ReplyDeleteThough the. Fat fingers strike again!
ReplyDeleteWhat's with the floor to ceiling beige?
ReplyDeleteExactly what I thought! It's like living in a bowl of oatmeal.
DeleteNot to bitch but she bought this 7 months ago. It was everywhere then too..
ReplyDeleteI find most of this house unappealing and pretentious but were I to drop $23mil, a secret wine cellar would definitely be part of the floor plan.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a Restoration Hardware catalog. I'd trade out the hoops games with pinball machines.
