Celebrity Real Estate - Queen Latifah lists Hollywood Hills Home
Queen Latifah recently listed her Hollywood Hills home for the modest sum of $2 million. The home was built in 1922, and contains three bedrooms. See the listing photos at Curbed LA.
Nice house but it looks like she has already moved out and had the house staged with cheap and tacky looking furniture. The QUEEN must have better taste than that!
Get ready for Enty's "I don't out" BIs. The house was purchased in 2010 and has Latifah's trainer's name (Jeanette Jenkins) on the deed as well. Variety published a snotty piece that made fun of the trainer's weight and several pointed remarks about Latifah's relationship with her, implying it was a compound just for her.
@Seven - that article IS snotty. However, I always investigate who is on the deed of a house, their sexual preference and their weight before I put an offer in on a house. Because that's important.
It looks like a house a real housewife rents but tells everyone she owns circa three years before everyone finds out she declared bankruptcy and isn't the daughter of the inventor of seat belts but comes from a long line of telemarketers. The kind that only call you during holiday dinners and your birthday and ask for donations to the exact opposite of the political party you align yourself with.
I am just getting the wisdom of Outtie posting these real estate listings. You can tell a lot about people's lives and careers from these. This listing went up right before the announcement about her show ending came out. Duh to me, I guess.
