Today I am 12 years clean from drugs&alcohol. Thanks to all the junkies&drunks that helped me. If I can do it, anyone can.

Russell Brand should be admired for his honesty regarding drug addiction and his efforts to help others overcome this, however I fear his recent silly political rantings will overshadow this.A shame.
Not according to Enty!!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to everyone in recovery. You are an inspiration. Keep fighting the good fight.
Right?! Enty's always saying Brand is drunk or high or drunk & high.
DeleteI like him and think he is a good role model for coming back from the edge.
ReplyDeleteGood job, Russell! Keep on keeping on!
ReplyDeleteI'm team Russell. He does a lot of good works and when he screws up he owns it. Good on you, rustyrockets
ReplyDeleteCongrats to him.
ReplyDeleteWatched "Get Him To The Greek" this weekend. I quite enjoyed it, but I don't think I would have cared 2 F's about seeing it if not for him.
ReplyDeleteWhen life slips you a Jeffery, pet the furry wall.
DeleteThat movie is a guilty hilarious pleasure (IMO) and I can even watch Jonah Hill without wanting to gouge my eyes out. (Except during the dildo scene)

ReplyDeleteAlan- agree!!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know he was clean for that long...12 years is a long time! I admire him for that.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Russell Brand. It's not easy.
ReplyDeleteHis doco on addiction is worth watching.
ReplyDeleteI'm okay with his political rants. He has a platform, and he's using it according to his beliefs. Good job.
