Have you ever noticed the way that the significant relationships of these siblings are spun? They are perpetually the objects of desire… and the victims of cruel heartbreak.
They never pursue anyone. The other person is always chasing them, begging them to be exclusive, pushing them to get married.
They are never at fault when the relationship doesn’t work. The other person is always the damaged/cheating/controlling/bad person.
They always pretend that they tried their best to make things work, but that bad other person always fails them and disappoints them and breaks their heart.
You can find examples in every one of their past and current relationships. In fact, you’ll see this same spin happening during the next breakup.
Of course it’s all BS. They are just as damaged and cheating and controlling and awful as their significant others. In some cases, even more so. However, they have a strong marketing team and the stories are spun from their perspective to make them seem innocent and worthy of your sympathy. It’s the classic good guys/bad guys scenario. And if you are still watching, they believe it’s because you see them as the good guys!

KJE didn't pull that very often (although we'll always have Skeletor, won't we, Kim Jong?) but then they didn't give a rip when the racists douches would post, either, or when people publicly threatened other people.

when you go to the supermarket check out the covers of all the tabloids, Khloe heartbroken, Kim heartbroken, Kourtney heartbroken as Scott needs rehab blah blah blah I used to buy the odd tabloid for fun but it's not fun when it is the same recycled gossip about one annoying family
