She and rocker Benji Madden have been dating since May and have neither confirmed nor denied an engagement. In the gossip world, rumors sometimes fly that Madden's biological clock is more like a ticking time bomb and he'll propose to anyone who might say yes whereas Diaz has been notoriously disinterested in marriage and children. Still, they seem to be making it work so far! Congrats to the possibly married, possibly engaged, and possibly still just kind of dating couple!

Is Cameron Diaz Married?

ReplyDeleteI know this seems contradictory, but I think they would both be marrying down. I see her marrying someone older than her with money, that will allow her to make movies when she wants, hang out with the girls when she wants, and live an expensive lifestyle. I see him marrying someone younger who wants kids and who will take a backseat to his career.

I like her! He is a has been/never was. Paris Hiltons sloppy seconds? I think her and Jim Carey would be a good couple....Cam is kind of a bitch though----she tried to steal Spike Jones from Sofia Coppola when they were married. Anna Farris character in Lost in Translation is said to be based on her.

ReplyDeleteMy gran was married for 56 years and only wore her wedding ring on special occasions - not because she didn't want anyone to know she was married, she just didn't like rings on her fingers.

ReplyDeleteIf Madden wants kids, he may want to bark up some other tree. Cam's 42. While she can certainly get pregnant, it will be more difficult than someone younger. Additionally, you increase the chance of birth defects after 40. And would Diaz be willing to put away the bong and bottle for several months? I'll guess no on that one.
