His Twitter is mostly people complaining and a few clueless people. He said that there's a problem with the redesign and it's taking longer blah blah. He also said a few days ago that you can now subscribe to comments which I don't see four days later... I'm so close to unfollowing him.
mao - a problem with the redesign is fast becoming a way of life for Enty. I'm starting to think this is the beginning of the end for CDaN. The new owner took a winner and all they want to do is 'fix' what wasn't broken. Not gonna work.
I doubt he can do that. It's completely separate from CDaN. He can ask that his blind items not be posted here but that would be about it. Of course I'm not a copyright lawyer and the only law I know is from watching my Practice season 1 box set.
I hope Outtie can still post all the blinds and reveals from CDaN, substituting his original content for Enty's filler commentary. That would be ideal imo.
If Enty went after Outtie for cross posting blinds with a cited source, he'd have to go after DListed, Blind Gossip, etc., too. Logically speaking, but I don't think Enty scored highly on the logic section of the LSAT.
Enty posts blinds from other blind item sites and they all post blind items from other sites and I doubt he has specific permission from Lainey et al. As long as you credit the source. I am appalled at how many internet sites totally copy and paste gossip items and don't even credit the original source though sometimes it gets retweeted and copies so many times without credit no one knows who the original source was. So simple to credit the original source.
I still say the cdan companion only existed as a way to hustle people over here - funny that it gets shut down right after most of us made the transition here - but I'm not complaining I just love a good conspiracy
