Vince Neil Sued for Assault

Remember when Nicolas Cage had to calm Vince Neil the fuck down after he yanked some random woman to the ground by her hair? Well, said woman is now suing Vince Neil. TMZ reports that when Neil grabbed her from behind by her hair and yanked her to the ground, he was left with neck pain, lower back pain, a hip injury, and a fractured tailbone. She is suing him for at least $150,000. Neil also faces criminal charges for the assault.

Drew Barrymore Files For Divorce

They announced their split back in April, but now it's official. Page Six reports that Drew Barrymore and husband of four years Will Kopelman filed for divorce on Friday in Manhattan. The couple share two daughters together, Olive, 3, and Frankie, 2. This was the third and longest marriage for Drew; her others lasted two months and five months.

Gwyneth Paltrow Divorce Finally Finalized

I'm hoping this means we never have to hear the term "conscious uncoupling" again! E! News reports that a judge signed off on the divorce between Gwyneth Paltrow, 43, and Chris Martin, 39, on Thursday. The pair have a private agreement, so we'll never get to know who got which cars and which properties and which publishing rights, but I'm sure Chris Martin got all the rights to Coldplay, and Gwyneth Paltrow retained full rights to Goop. I mean, who would want either of those?

Blind Gossip Blind Item - Her Mysterious Benefactor

This young woman started out as a model but is now branching out into other ventures. She will soon be starting her own fashion line.
That takes millions and millions of dollars. Our girl has more Instagram followers than she does dollars, so the money had to come from somewhere. After being pressed numerous times on the source of her funding, she claimed that it’s an anonymous British investor who wishes to remain private.
Insiders tell us that this simply isn’t true.
Investors in the fashion industry LOVE to talk about who is backing who. They also say that the real investor in her company is not some mysterious British investor. And it’s not her famous Actor Boyfriend. Her benefactor is actually a famous American actor.
She can’t announce that, though, because it would raise all sorts of questions about why some older, married actor is investing in a woman with whom he supposedly has no connection and in an industry and business about which he knows absolutely nothing.
No, it’s not Cara Delevingne.

Kardashian Korner

Kim Kardashian interviewed Kylie Jenner for this month's Allure Magazine. Here are some of the highlights from their conversation:

Kim Kardashian West: "Have you ever stolen anything from me? I promise I won't get mad."

Kylie Jenner: "Oh, all the time. But you always used to find out."

KKW: "Whhhhaaaat? Tell me!"

KJ: "I'd steal your jackets."

KKW: "Oh, yeah...I'd go upstairs and all of my clothes would be up there."

KJ: "Yeah, but I don't, like, go to your house and steal stuff."

KKW: "Have you ever lied to Mom, but not to your sisters?"

KJ: "Oh, God! A lot of times. Well, not a lot."

KKW: "Mom used to tell me to use a hot washcloth to wash off makeup and exfoliate. Not sure why
she didn't pass that on to you. What's the best beauty tip you ever got?"

KJ: "Khloé always tells me to wear sunscreen. [And] we were in Bora-Bora, and you and Kourtney were like, 'Immediately go and get an eye cream and start using it.'"

KKW: "You really should do it every day. OK, what's the biggest beauty mistake you've ever made?"

KJ: "Well, I definitely made my lips a little too big at one point."

KKW: "Yeah."

KJ: "I got excited and felt like I needed to do a lot. And then you guys were like, 'Kylie, you need to chill.' And then I had to go back and have it fixed, and it was a crazy process. Thank God I didn't end up on Botched."

KKW: "Yeah, you could look at any old episode. So what are the best and worst things about having a camera in your face?"

KJ: "The best part is that we have these memories forever. We get to all be together, and we spend a lot more time together because we film. The worst part is...I don't know, there aren't a lot of bad things about it...except for when you're just not in the mood."

KKW: "Who is your beauty icon?"

KJ: "I feel like I should say you."

KKW: "I mean, you don't have to say it...but I'll take it!"

KJ: "You are, though! I look up to you."

KKW: "I do remember you getting grounded a lot for not eating. What would I see if I opened your refrigerator right now?"

KJ: "A lot of pressed juices, eggs, milk. And I always keep a block of medium cheddar at all times."

The Gossip Life Blind Item - Legendary Beauty

I don't think it's a stretch to say this actress is considered one of the best looking people of all time, but several people confided in me recently about meeting the legendary beauty at an event. They claimed she looked an unhealthy level of skinny, the epitome of misery and overall monstrous-looking with sharp shoulders and elbows that protruded against the fabric of her dress like broken pieces of glass. Sad.

Natalie Portman Exchanges Emails With Jonathan Safran Foer

In this week's New York Times Style Magazine, actress Natalie Portman and author Jonathan Safran Foer, who have been friends for years, agreed to let their recent email conversations be published. Here are the first two:

>> On Tue, May 24, 2016 at 4:31 AM, Jonathan Safran Foer wrote:
Being the world’s last Hotmail user finally caught up with me a few months ago, and I lost virtually all of the correspondence I’d saved since getting the only email address I’ve ever had.

You came to one of my first readings for my first novel, and in the 15 years of friendship that have followed, we’ve known each other through many other firsts. In the process, we’ve exchanged a great number of emails: about work, parenting, religion, politics. You’re now on the brink of another first: the release of your directorial debut, “A Tale of Love and Darkness.” It’s most explicitly about a boy growing up in Jerusalem, in the final years of the British Mandate. But it’s every bit as much about mothers and sons, husbands and wives, dreams, depression, Jewishness and language itself.

When The Times suggested this piece, and it became clear we weren’t going to be in the same place for long enough to allow for a traditional profile — me observing you at the farmer’s market, etc., which would have felt ridiculous, anyway — I was happy to think of the lost correspondence being somehow replenished with, or redeemed by, a new exchange.

>> On Tue, May 24, 2016 at 10:47 AM, Natalie Portman wrote:
I’m so pleased to hear that our correspondence (at least my side of it) has disappeared into the digital abyss. I’m sure at the beginning of our emailing I was trying too hard to be smart and interesting. Now, of course, I’m comfortable enough to send you videos of a sax-playing walrus. But yes, of course we mainly discuss religion and politics. And don’t forget art! We also talk about art!

Simon Le Bon Talks Crazy Fan Encounters

Simon Le Bon recently sat down for an interview with People, where he recalled some of his craziest fan encounters. Here's what he had to say:

"People would go to quite extreme lengths to get into our personal space or to our underpants. It was in a hotel in Japan, and I don't know how it happened, but a girl was in my closet when I checked in. I was slightly frantic. I guess she must have known at the hotel – it was definitely an inside job.

I remember walking into the dressing room in Italy, and we [had] stuff laid out on the table – drinks and sandwiches – and there was a tablecloth on it. There was some giggling coming from underneath: We lifted up the tablecloth, and there were some girls there, and they had forged their passes and everything. They were amazing. Fans are still trying to find out where we're staying!"

Tom Hiddleston Insists that HiddleSwift is Legit

In the wake of his Emmy nomination, Tom Hiddleston spoke to The Hollywood Reporter. Here's what he had to say:

Congrats!
"Thanks! It's a good day, a lovely day."

How does it feel?
"It feels fantastic. I'm in Australia filming Thor: Ragnarok, and it's very early in the morning on a Friday. Right now it is just coming up to 4:15 a.m."

It's impressive that you've stayed awake.
"Well, it's not every day you get nominated for an Emmy."

So, how did you hear about the news?

"I didn't have any expectations, and suddenly my phone started blowing up a couple hours ago. This is the most wonderful surprise, and honestly the most thrilling thing about it is that it feels like an extraordinary and heartwarming affirmation for the whole team who made The Night Manager. Making The Night Manager was the most fulfilling team effort, and I'm so proud of everybody."

You're in the middle of a cultural frenzy right now dating Taylor Swift. How would you respond to people who claim that you're involved in some sort of publicity stunt?
"(Laughs.) Well, um. How best to put this? That notion is — look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we're very happy. Thanks for asking. That's the truth. It's not a publicity stunt. "

Do you know who you're going to take with you to the Emmys?
"I don't. I didn't even know I could. It's 4 in the morning here! (Laughs.)"

Who are you most excited to see at the Emmys in September?
"Oh gosh, there are so many. There are so many nominees from the different categories. I'm very much looking forward to seeing my friends who are nominated in the same category, Benedict Cumberbatch and Idris Elba. They're both old friends of mine. I worked with Benedict a long time ago — six or seven years ago now, and he's been a friend ever since. And the same is true of Idris. So I'm looking forward to seeing them and James Corden too. There's lots of people I'm sure I'll bump into. It's funny how back in April I did a roundtable interview with Liev Schreiber and Bob Odenkirk — and they're both nominated, so I'll get to see them again. I love their shows and their work."

Mick Jagger To Be a Dad Again

Enrique Iglesias Gives Handy Update

Remember when Enrique Iglesias almost sliced off his finger in a drone accident last year during a concert? He recently sat down for an interview to update everyone on his condition one year later. Here's what he had to say, as reprinted by E! News:

"To be honest with you, with all of the adrenaline I didn't feel it much. I was really surprised with the amount of blood I was losing. I felt a bit of shame and embarrassment in front of my fans, especially with the crowd that was right in the very front. Every time I would move my hand, you could just see blood every where. And at that moment I didn't realize how bad it was because I couldn't feel pain. I felt pain after the surgery. Really, what I did was a huge stupidity...Honestly, I still can't feel anything on this finger. I still can't feel anything from the nail and below that."

Catching Up with Jeff Lewis

Flipping Out returned on Bravo last night. In preparation for the premiere, Jeff Lewis sat down for an interview with People. Here's what he had to say:

On how he's portrayed on Flipping Out:
“I don’t always look great. But that would be boring if I always looked great.”

On getting fired from Living Spaces:
“It certainly stung, and I felt it in a big way. So I grieved a little bit. Then I brushed myself off and got up and realized, ‘Well, I gotta go make a living.’”

On working on his new home while living in it:
“In hindsight it was a very bad decision for me to live in the home while I was doing the work. Maybe because so much time has passed since the last time I had done that, I forgot about how truly horrible it is...It’s happening quicker because if someone doesn’t show up on time, I’m on the phone calling them over and over and over again like a stalker. So it’s actually moving quickly and the quality of the work is very good.”

On his reaction when he found out that he and Gage Edwards would be expecting a daughter in the Fall via surrogate:
“We decided that we were going to quickly redo the nursery. I am waiting for that room to be finished so I can start loading it with everything we need. I’m very organized so for me this is kind of torture that last-minute stuff.”

On returning to therapy:
“I hadn’t been there in a long time and I think I probably should have gone to therapy a little sooner. Some of it comes at you so quickly and there’s so much that it’s a little overwhelming, and I felt like I needed a little extra help. A lot can change in just a 12 month period, and this has just been one of those incredible growth years.”

Celebrity Real Estate - Hope Solo Edition

Hope Solo has listed her Kirland, Washington home for sale for $1.85 million. The 5,330 square foot home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus one additional shitter, a tennis court, and a pool. See pictures of the property at Page Six.

Heidi Klum Talks Love

People recently caught up with Heidi Klum to ask her five questions. Here's what she had to say:

On love:
“I’m definitely someone who loves life and I love love. I love being in love, like when you have butterflies in your stomach and when you feel great. I celebrate all the romance — I’m quite old-fashioned that way. I don’t know, I love enjoying life and celebrating the love and being happy.”

On the news that Anthony Kiedis called his relationship with Klum "one of the most beautiful memories of his life":
“Obviously, it’s very nice when you still get along with your ex in a way or someone you have dated in the past. And you know, we had a very special time together. I never really thought that anyone knew anything about that. It’s funny that he brings it up after so many years.”

On lingerie:

“I collected so many. I also love to shop. So whenever I’m out and about, traveling the world, I go to small boutique shops and there you find small brands that none of the big stores really carry, and I find really unique and cool little things.”

On the last time she danced in her underwear:
“The last time I danced in my underwear is probably when I did the commercial for Macy’s. You have to be really confident to dance in your lingerie. It’s one thing to walk around in your lingerie, but when you’re dancing and everything is moving about, it’s a little bit intimidating.”

On whether or not she's learned any tricks:
“Can I take my bra off with one hand? Probably not. No, guys know how to do that. I mean, I could. If I had to, I could. I go straps down, turn around.”

Drama: This Is What You Came For

So, you know Calvin Harris's new song with Rihanna, This Is What You Came For? Turns out, Taylor Swift wrote both the lyrics and the melody. TMZ reports that after the news broke that Taylor took credit, writing it under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg, Calvin tweeted the following: "Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual. I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept a secret."

Now here's where it gets really good. He went on to tweet: "I know you're off tour and need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it"

To which Katy Perry responded by retweeting her own tweet from 2015, followed by a glorious gif reaction to Calvin Harris serving up some tea about Regina George in sheep's clothing:

We always get a little weirded out when we see this spoiled singer posing with this wealthy film director.

The Director was having sex with Princess just last year and was absolutely crazy about her. That is, until she ditched him for a much bigger fish – his much wealthier friend. Ouch! Then she got engaged to the wealthier friend. Double ouch!

Seeing Director now third wheeling it with the engaged couple as if it’s no big deal is just odd.

Kardashian Korner

Lamar Odom needs to get some help. E! News reports that on Monday afternoon, Lamar Odom was spotted leaving a strip club in Los Angeles with an unidentified woman. When he realized that he had been papped, he said to the photog, "This is my family you're talking about. Everything I do is about my family. Why you want that?" A few hours later, Us Weekly reports that Odom was drinking heavily at the Delta Lounge at LAX waiting for a red-eye flight from Los Angeles to New York City, when he "flipped out and got depressed."

TMZ reports that by the time Odom boarded the plane, he was sloshed. He the proceeded to puke in the aisle of the plane, and again in the bathroom. He came out of the bathroom with puke on his clothes, then went back to his seat. Flight attendants "gently" escorted him off the flight, but not to be deterred, Odom returned to the plane 10 minutes later, only to stagger back to the bathroom and puke again. He was finally removed from the plane for good. Get some help, man. If having a stroke and almost dying wasn't hitting rock bottom, I don't know what is.

Lainey Gossip Blind Item - Making Out in the Open

It’s one of the most enduring marriages in the business. They’ve been together a long, long, long time. And it’s not like those with his job, in his position, are known for fidelity. Through his career though, he’s managed to avoid major scandal. That’s not the only reason he’s beloved but he is beloved. Maybe the secret is that they keep it open? I hope so. Because two weeks ago he was seen at an exclusive Hollywood hangout making out with a woman in the fashion industry. She has a boyfriend of her own. Since they weren’t terribly discreet about it, either they thought no one would talk about it or, well, his wife is OK with it. If she’s not, it will cost him. And he is worth a LOT.

Kristen Bell Talks Boundaries

Kristen Bell is on the cover of this month's Redbook Magazine. Here are some highlights from her interview:

On why setting boundaries with her kids is important:
"Recently I've had an epiphany that if I'm as nice to my daughter as I want to be, she's not going to respect me. Giving your kids strong boundaries is good for them, because if you just let them do whatever they want, you raise a jerk."

On how she and Dax stay on top of their sex lives:
"We're pretty decent about staying on top of it. We'll be like, Okay, it's been how many days?' We find a night when nobody is coming over and we don't have to work super-early in the morning, and then we slot it in."

On what surprised her the most about being a working mom:
"I don't let myself feel guilty about not committing to things anymore. How I position it in my head is that I have more of an obligation to my daughters than I do to anybody else."
