Remember when American Express sued Tori Spelling for not paying her $37,981.97 credit card bill? Well, the case finally went in front of a judge back in August, and since Tori didn't bother to show, the judge ordered a default judgment against Tori, along with $855 in court fees, reports E! News. Looks like Tori and Dean better sign up for another reality show!
