Celebrity Real Estate - Old Hollywood Edition

The former Holmby Hills home of Edie Goetz, daughter of Louis B. Mayer, has hit the market for $79 million. Yes, that price is staggering, but this is Holmby Hills. The Playboy Mansion just sold for $100 million, and Spelling Manor was bought for $85 million a few years ago and is currently being shopped around for $150 million. Back to the home at hand, the Gordon B. Kaufmann designed home built in 1938 sits on over 4 acres and features 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, rare specimen trees, and tons of old Hollywood history. See pictures of the property at Curbed.
